This is an introductory course to the different service operations involved in food and beverage. It provides students hands-on training on setting different types of table appointments and styles of table service in laboratory and actual contracted function settings with real guests to be served. The course will also explain to students the definition of food and beverage service in food industry and expose them to various types of foodservice and food service operation.
